E-meters + Knowledge Reports at the school

Yes, they do use E-Meters at those schools! Just not on wog kids; when they are used, they are not called e-meters [which allows them to deny it without losing conscience]. They're called "learning accelerators."
Yes, you do have to write success stories or you won't pass the class! If you write one they don't like, you do it again until they do like it. She related a story of one ((deleted)) kid who drew a picture [sometimes pictures were okay instead of written success stories] of genitalia as his success story [he later quit the school].
KRs: Admissions form had no tests, no academic questions. It read like a sec check! and the answers were kept in the file. All learning disabilities are really M/Us ((misunderstood words)) anyway, according to ((name of the directress deleted)). Eventually, says my source, a few kids rightfully removed the KR's from their KR file. When they were led to write KR's they did not realize these would be kept on file for permanant reference. They also removed KR's from their friends KR files as well. When a few left the school they were Fair Gamed. My source was outraged by this, and it was part of her decision to leave the school.
Child neglect: Not every kid there was a scientologist; many were not. You could really tell the difference betweent the scientology kids and the others, though. The Scientology kids were hungry, dirty, scabies, "pathetic", inadequate clothing, etc. HRS ((Health and Rehabilitative Services, an agency looking for neglected children)) had checked into some of the children.

Ex-scientology Kids

A post by Tory Magoo!

HI Smile My name is Tory Christman and I was in Scientology for 30 years and am now out. I worked a great deal with the Schools and watched many children go through their program. Here is what I have to say:
1. Yes, the Scientology schools are safe enviornments for kids, and usually drug free.
2. Often they are NOT good at ensuring the kids are fully set up (or were not years ago, so check on this). Hubbard said a child should be done with Education by 15. We fought that and I *think* they've gotten better, but make sure your son will be fully set up for any HS you want. Get specifics, not hype.
3. Often due to the education being "All Checksheet"...kids do not learn basic skills like discussion, talking amongst each other, etc. Now this MAY have changed, so again, go look at a class. Watch and see, don't just buy their hype.
4. There's always a very good chance that your child will be made into a Scientologist, and IF this is the case, many families have been broken up when one is in, and the others are out. Be careful of where you put your child.
Good luck, and if you need to ask any more question, you can always e-mail me about this. magoo44@att.net
My best to you :)

How the Delphian School Was Started as a Front

Link to OSA and Guardian's Office

OSA is the organization that was formed to replace the old Guardians Office / GO. Well, pretty much everyone knows the story of the Scientology GO. They infiltrated government agencies, stoles documents, planted false documents in files etc. Well, not many people know what happened to those that went to jail and all those in the GO who did not. Well, that is a very interesting story and it goes like this.
You see, Dave Miscavige was left with a very interesting problem. He could not keep these GO people on staff in Scientology Orgs as they were a legal threat to keep around. He could also not just get rid of them as they had an insane amount of info on the Scientology executives and Scientology activities. To let these people go out and do their own thing could prove disastrous. The GO were the only ones caught, not the only ones doing things that were illegal. So what does Dave Miscavige do? He has to get rid of these people, but he can’t. Now Dave Miscavige has been practicing the art of making people “disappear”, but still keeping them in his clutches where he can control them and still have them do what he wants. The GO would not be an exception.
There was a group that was being run by the GO and this group was called SOCO, SOcial COordination. SOCO was running all of their front groups like Applied Scholastics, Narconon, and the TWTH. Well Applied Scholastics runs all of the Scientology schools like Delphi in Oregon and in Los Angeles.
Now here is the kicker. Who shows up working at these Delphi Schools? Henning Heldt! Yes, that is right, the same Henning Heldt that was sent to jail for committing crimes. Many other staff are also showing up all over the map at these Delphi Schools. Funny how Delphi Schools exist in all of the places where there were heavy concentrations of GO staff.
Funny how Delphi LA started up shortly after the GO was disbanded. You have Fran Willardson, mother of Greg Willardson. Dave Hendry, Kathy Heard, Steve Heard, Marg Harris from the GO Canada. Carla Moxon, wife of Ken Moxon. Rona Bowles, wife of Tim Bowles. Mary Cockburn, Edith Reuveni, Dave Arnold, Greg Ott, Chel Stith, David Aldrich, Diana Greve, and the list goes on.
Anyone with a staff list of the GO, you will be able to place 50% of them in these schools. The ones that did not end of in the actual schools end up at SOCO, later renamed ABLE international. A few of these were Dick Story, Rena Weinberg, Lars Asplund, Dick Francis, Kit Whittle, Tom Armstrong and others.
OSA would like to have everyone believe that the GO was disbanded and that these staff are no longer employed by the church in any way. It even states this on the COS official website, “Those who participated in or knew of the GO’s illegal conduct in any way were removed from Church staff and forever banned from future Church employment.” Not the case. But, what’s another lie on their official website? The road to that place is utterly paved with lies and broken promises.

Delphian School has no oversight

I wonder why so many ex-OSA work there
An estimated 20,000 workers in Oregon's public schools and an estimated 2,000 private school teachers can work without licenses from the state's teacher licensing agency.
This group of school employees -- including coaches who don't teach, instructional assistants and janitors -- are not overseen by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission and are subsequently not monitored by any state or independent agency.
Background checks for these employees generally fall to local school officials, who pay for a $5 Oregon Department of Education screening. That background check, however, only searches Oregon records and does not provide detailed information about a job candidate's criminal history.
Many private and independent schools operate like islands and deal in-house with employee discipline matters, said Mark Siegel, executive director of the Oregon Federation of Independent Schools.
Private and independent schools have advantages over public schools because discipline does not need to be funneled through a bureaucracy, Siegel said. If there is a case of misconduct, a school can dismiss an educator without waiting for a lengthy investigation by law enforcement or the state's licensing agency.
It is possible for educators who have lost their state licenses to continue teaching in private schools.
